What kind of foundation should I get?
The type of foundation you get is a matter of aesthetics and personal preference. We carry standard box springs (about 9” high), low-profile box springs (usually 5” high) and bunkie boards (usually 2” high). A sales associate can give you a personalized recommendation based on your frame and bedroom furniture. -
Where do you deliver?
We offer same-day delivery within 50 miles of each Mattresses for Less location. But delivery is not limited to Houston. We can deliver anywhere in the world—just contact a store for more details. -
How long does delivery take?
We can usually deliver on the same day of purchase. We’ll give you a four-hour delivery window and call you 40 minutes prior to delivery. -
What brands do you carry?

Do all of your stores carry the same products?
You can order any of our mattresses or bedroom furniture at all of our locations. However, the showrooms and in-stock inventory vary from store to store. -
How does your financing work?
We can finance anyone—whether you have good credit, bad credit, or no credit.

Do you offer a layaway plan?
Yes. Our free layaway plan lets you put any amount down to lock in the sale price of an item. There’s no minimum down payment or minimum purchase required. We just ask that you make a payment once a month. Once you’ve paid half, we will ensure the item is still in stock. If it’s not in stock, you’re able to reselect or switch to store credit. -
Do you really match competitor’s prices?
Absolutely! With over 60 years of experience, we know what it takes to be competitive. We’re so confident about our prices that if you find the same merchandise advertised or sold for less (including financing terms, shipping and handling charges) within 100 days of your purchase by any local, authorized, full-service retailer, we will refund 110% of the difference upon verification. -
Do you offer warranties?
All purchases come with a minimum one-year, free warranty. We also offer a five-year extended warranty on our bedroom furniture and adjustable bases that you can add at the time of purchase. It covers anything that happens to your furniture, including stains, rips, tears, burns, heat gouges, liquid rings, and more. At the end of the five-year period, if you end up not using your warranty and do not make a claim, bring in your agreement and we’ll give you store credit equal to what you paid for your warranty. Purchase prices on warranties vary. Contact a sales associate for details. Our mattresses also come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty to protect your purchase. How can I get a refund or exchange my mattress?
We want you to be happy with your new mattress. That’s why we offer a 120-day comfort guarantee on all our mattresses. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new mattress for any reason, we’ll help you find a different one. Additionally, we do not charge a restocking fee. Customers are only charged a transportation/delivery fee.*
*Must be after 21 days and before 120 days from date of purchase. New mattress must be of equal or greater value -
How should I maintain my mattress?
Using mattress protectors is one of the easiest ways to protect your mattress. Most of today’s mattresses incorporate a one-sided design, so they no longer require regular flipping. For specific care instructions, refer to the tag on your specific mattress. -
What are the size differences between the King, Queen, Twin, and Full sizes?
The standard measurements are as follows:

What’s the difference between King and California King size?
Contrary to popular belief, a California King mattress is actually narrower and longer than a conventional King size mattress. If you’re looking for a wide mattress, you should go with King size. -

Do you provide assembly for your adjustable beds, bedroom furniture, futons, or daybeds?
Yes. Set-up is included for free upon delivery for most items. We do charge extra for bunk bed assembly on a case-by-case basis. -
